Pilates

Through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands and rings, the workout helps build, sculpt and tone these muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility, and improve posture and range of motion. You will burn fat during and after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories.

HIIT

High-Intensity Training is a full-body workout utilizing both cardiovascular and weight resistance training. This workout lasts for only 30 minutes but is a calorie burner that guarantees sore muscles!

Core Power

Specifically designed to train the core region throughout the three planes of motion, this workout concentrates on the psoas, abdominals, pelvic floor, lower back and upper-body muscles.

Yoga

The practice of Yoga revives dormant energy, rejuvenates the tissues and aids in new cell formation, building musculature and stamina. Through conscious movement, alignment and breathing practices, the body is prompted to rest, rejuvenate, and regenerate efficiently, allowing the body systems to detoxify and return to homeostasis.
